I haven't received my product and would like a refund if you can't supply it by the end of the week - I have sent two emails and no response and the tracking hasn't been update since Nov 27

This item was so small I had to throw away as I had no use for it. It is not like advertised pictures, not even close. I will never buy from this company.
I ordered this wreath based on the picture.
What I received was 1/8 of the size of the one in the picture. The quality is awful on top of that. I requested a full refund. Vender is stating I need to pay for return shipping in order to get a partial refund. I have filed a complain with both my bank and PayPal.
Please do not order this product. The picture is blown up to make the wreath look extremely large and when you receive it is, it’s nothing like the picture
I will hang these since I paid for them but what I received looks nothing like this display
